CERIECO Pipe Out Lets

The Cerieco Pipe Out Let is manufactured from a high strength, high quality forging which conforms to the chemical and physical properties of ASTM A105 or equivalent.

All threads are carefully machined in accordance to requirements of ANSI/ASME B1.20.1, for NPT 300 lb. Class, and national standard for tapered pipe threads.

The Pipe Out Let fittings are UL/ULC Listed and FM approved for use in fire sprinklers installed in accordance with the requirements of NFPA13.

The Pipe Out Let fitting is manufactured in a wide range of header sizes. The multiple header sizes are represented on the spec. sheets, allows one fitting to be installed on more than one header size. This allows for reduced inventory without sacrificing fit and weldability.

CERIECO FAST DROP REDUCING NIPPLE MODEL A & A3

Material Specifications: Schedule 40 pipe conforming to ASTM Grade A53

Threads conforming to ANSI B1.20.1 NPT.

UL Listed and FM Approved

For use in both wet and dry systems

175 psi working pressure

Can be used in any residential or commercial application as determined by NFPA 13.

Model A has ½" female thread on both ends of 1" Schedule 40 pipe and is designed to be cut to length and threaded with 1" male threads to form two drop nipples.

Model A3 has ¾" female thread on both ends of 1" Schedule 40 pipe and is designed to be cut to length and threaded with 1" male threads to form two drop nipples.

Model A and A3 can be removed without the possibility of the reducing coupling separating from the pipe using the Fast Drop Removal tool.

Fast Drop can be used with plastic piping systems subject to the installation guidelines of the plastic system manufacturer and the AHJ.

Fast Drop can be used in retrofit applications with the approval from the AHJ

Fast Drop Extraction Tool

The Fast Drop extraction tool fits both the 1/2” and 3/4” female ends of the Fast Drop. The tool will fit on a 1/2” standard socket driver.

This tool allows the removal of the Fast Drop nipple from behind ceilings and walls. The fact that Fast Drop is of one piece construction and no reducer fitting, the Fast Drop is removed as one piece.

Model B is ½” female thread x 1” male thread lengths 3” to 14” in ½” increments and 18”, 24” and 30” lengths

Model B3 is ¾” female thread x 1” male thread lengths 3” to 14” in ½” increments and 18”, 24” and 30” lengths

Model B and B3 can be cut and re-threaded to create an intermediate length.

Model B and B3 can be removed without the possibility of the reducing coupling separating from the pipe using the Fast Drop Removal tool.

Fast Drop can be used with plastic piping systems subject to the installation guidelines of the plastic system manufacturer and the AHJ.

Fast Drop can be used in retrofit applications with the approval from the AHJ

Our Grooved Pipe Outlet is manufactured from weldable grade black carbon steel pipe equal to or exceeding the requirements of the American Society for Testing and Material specifications-our option of the following material: A-795,

A-135, A-53 (ERW/CW/BW)

Dimensional integrity is assured through accurate machining and sound fabrication techniques. Grooves, threads and bevels are constantly checked for proper alignment and concentricity, uniform depth, taper and degree conforming to established industry standards.

The Grooved Pipe Out Let fittings are UL/ULC Listed and FM Approved for use in fire sprinkler systems installed in accordance with the requirements of NFPA 13. Our schedule 40 fittings are listed and approved for 500 PSI, and our Schedule 10 fittings are listed and approved to 300 PSI.

The Type 40 and Type 10 weld outlets incorporate a self-aligning radius together with a low weld volume profile. These combined features eliminate complicated layout procedures and speed installation. A full penetration weld is achieved with one pass; forming a smooth passageway to prevent catching or clogging of foreign material.

Fittings are cleaned to bare metal internally and externally and protected with a smokeless rust inhibitor giving a lasting finish to extend shelf life.

The Grooved Pipe Out Let fitting is manufactured in a wide range of header sizes. Each fittings is manufactured “size on size”. This means the outlet fits exactly on the header to which it is welded, so it is ideal to use with automatic welding machines.
